The Bylaws of the Open Computing Facility shall be amended as follows 1. In bylaw 7, a comma and the words "resignations, and removals" shall be added directly after "BoD appointments". 2. In bylaw 14, a. the words "if not" shall be replaced with "unless", and b. the last sentence shall be removed. 3. Bylaw 16 shall be added, which reads "During the final meeting of each Fall and Spring semester, each Director will be asked to confirm their ability to serve as a Director during the following Fall semester or Spring semester. Directors who do not confirm or are not present will be removed from the Board."
